James DePelisi possesses a versatile background in finance, management, and community relations. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University , and for the past eleven years has specialized in the areas of Investment Banking, Corporate Development and Investment Advisory. He also founded and is President and CEO of LDV Capital Management, Inc., a financial money-management and advisory firm. Within this capacity, Jim spearheaded and created the "Investor's Business Hour Radio Program" , which has emerged as one of the longest running financial radio shows in South Florida He is a college adjunct professor currently teaching Finance courses at Broward Community College and formerly at Florida Atlantic University , respectively. He currently holds the position of President of the South Florida Stock and Bond Club, which is a 40 year old institution with over 150 members and $10 billion in membership, managed assets. He also sits on the Board of Directors of two significant non-profit organizations: 1) Junior Achievement of South Florida and 2) the Broward County Crime Commission. He is an active member of the Broward Police Chief's Association.            He holds a seat on the Education Advisory Board for the City of Sunrise . He also held a seat on the Board of Directors of 21 st Century Holdings , an insurance underwriting company, publicly traded on the stock market (NASDAQ: TCHC). In his capacity as a board member, he was the Chairperson for the Company's Independent Auditing Committee.
